Coach Wendel is entering his 2nd season as Assistant Defensive Backs coach and 4th season overall at CCSF.

Coach Wendel played High School football in San Francisco for the AAA, helping Lowell to a city championship in 2002. At SJSU, Tamayo Wendel studied Social Work and Sociology, with a concentration in community change.

A San Francisco native, Coach Wendel was born and raised in San Francisco and currently resides in San Francisco. He also works with youth and athletics across the Bay Area.
