Following the close of the 2024 City College of San Francisco women's water polo season, the Rams earned a total of six postseason accolades for outstanding achievements in the pool.

Leading the way were sophomores Serawit Ezra and Remy Dizon. Ezra was a first-team All-Coast Conference selection while Dizon was named second-team All-Coast Conference. At the regional level, both received Northern California Honorable Mention All-American honors.

Also for the Rams, goalie Shanagh Dely and Naomi Meng were recognized as All-Coast Conference honorable mention.

CCSF, under head coach Phong Pham, closed the regular season with a 4-7 overall record and went 3-4 in Coast Conference play to finish in fifth place.
