SAN FRANCISCO – Serawit Ezra scored three goals while Remy Dizon added two goals to help lead City College of San Francisco in a 17-6 loss to visiting College of Marin on Wednesday.

The Rams continue to improve as the season progresses. Despite the effort, CCSF dropped to 0-3 overall.

Wednesday's game was close early. Macie Silva and Dizon scored in the first quarter and CCSF trailed by a narrow 4-2 margin. But Marin scored seven goals over the second and third quarters to put the game out of reach.

Trailing 11-2 in the fourth, the Rams never gave up. Ezra poured in three goals and Dizon added one to close out the scoring.

Sarah Clayson played well in goal, posting nine saves.

CCSF returns to action on Oct. 13-14 when the Rams will compete at the Big 8/Coast Crossover Tournament at College of Marin.
