SAN FRANCISCO – City College of San Francisco continued its unbeaten start to Coast Conference play by shutting out both its opponents at home over the week.

On Tuesday, the Rams cruised to a 3-0 victory against Evergreen Valley College and followed that with a 2-0 win against visiting Cabrillo College.

The Rams pushed their winning streak to 5 games and have posted shutouts in their last 4. Freshman Paolina Molina has been solid in goal for CCSF. She totaled 3 saves in the Evergreen Valley win and needed to make just 1 save for the victory over Cabrillo.

Freshman Paige Pineda Aliamus led the Rams' offense in the EVC win. She scored a pair of goals to give CCSF a 2-0 lead. Yvette Moreno closed out the scoring with her goal in the 60th minute.

Moreno contributed to the Cabrillo win as well. She gave the Rams an early 1-0 lead with a goal in the 8th minute. Amaya Jarzombek iced the victory with her goal in the 63rd to wrap it up for the Rams.

CCSF improved to 8-5 overall and 5-0 in the Coast Conference. The Rams look to extend their unbeaten streak on Tuesday (Oct. 17) when they travel to Hartnell College for a conference game.
