Rams rack up Coast Conference, Northern California postseason awards

Following the close of another impressive City College of San Francisco women's soccer season, the Rams were rewarded with an amazing 18 Coast Conference North Division postseason awards as well as a pair of Northern California Regional honors.

Topping the list of CCSF honorees is head coach Jeff Wilson. He was named the Coast Conference North Division Coach of the Year after leading the Rams to a conference title with an unbeaten 10-0-2 record. CCSF wrapped up the 2023 season with a 15-6-2 overall mark and advanced to the third round of the Northern California Regional Playoffs.

Freshman midfielder/forward Amaya Jarzombek was recognized as the Coast Conference North Division Offensive Player of the Year. Honored as the Defensive Player of the Year was freshman defender Arpan Bahia. And rounding out the top honors was forward Paige Pineda Aliamus being named the Freshman of the Year.

At the regional level, Bahia was named first-team All-Northern California while Jarzombek garnered second-team All-Northern California honors.

Emma Glynn - Frosh - Midfielder
Angelina St. Denis - Frosh - Forward
Daniela Del Carlo - Frosh - Defender

Named All-Coast Conference North Division Honorable Mention were:
Paolina Molina - Frosh - Goalkeeper
Emma Colmenero - Frosh - Forward
Ivon Escuen - Frosh - Forward
