The No. 11 state-ranked City College of San Francisco women's soccer team moved one final step closer to capturing a Coast Conference championship thanks to a 5-1 victory over visiting Cañada College on Friday.

The Rams currently lead the Coast Conference South Division with an 8-1-0 record and host second-place Cabrillo College (6-0-2) on Tuesday (Nov. 9) at 3 p.m. in CCSF's final regular-season home game. A win over No. 20 Cabrillo would secure an outright title for the Rams.

On Friday, five different Rams scored while Alexia Estrada posted five saves in goal for CCSF.

The Rams got goals from Alexandra Arouxet Jara (10th minute), Maleah Evans (47th), Andrea Moreno (59th), Leslie Murillo (65th) and Iliana Sanchez (74th) while Gabriella Rodil was credited with two assists.

The win improved San Francisco to 14-2-0 overall with just two games left to play.
