First-year coach Julia Rodriguez, Co-Founder and Training Development Director of Rodriguez Soccer Academy where she spearheaded the creation and execution of specialized curricula designed to empower athletes to elevate their game performance confidently. Holding a USSF C License and committed to ongoing education, her passion for soccer and individualized growth drives her to continuously innovate and explore coaching techniques to unlock the full potential of each athlete she mentors.

In addition to her role at RSA, Julia has served as a coach at Pacifica United Soccer Club for over three years, where she works with girls’ teams across various age groups. She also oversees the development of Pacifica AYSO programs and brings her love for teaching the game to the City College of San Francisco Women’s Soccer.
