CCSF rolls to 7-1 rout of Chabot, unbeaten in last 7 games

SAN FRANCISCO – Paige Pineda Aliamus scored three goals for her first collegiate hat trick while Fatima Waldo Garcia added 2 goals and 2 assists to help lead City College of San Francisco to a huge 7-1 win over visiting Chabot College on Friday.

The Coast Conference interdivision victory improved the Rams to 9-5-1 overall while they remain unbeaten in conference play at 6-0-1.

Pineda Aliamus gave CCSF a quick 2-0 lead after scoring in the third and 20th minute of the contest. Chabot cut the lead in half with a goal in the 25th minute before the Rams took over.

CCSF scored four more times in the opening half, getting goals from Waldo Garcia (28th), Pienda Aliamus (32nd), Amaya Jarzombek (34th), and Emma Colmenero (37th) to take a 6-1 advantage into the break.

Waldo Garcia closed out the scoring with her second goal in the 65th minute.

Paolina Molina posted 3 saves in goal to earn the victory.

CCSF will look to extend its seven-game unbeaten streak on Tuesday (Oct. 24) when the Rams travel to Skyline College for a Coast Conference interdivision game against the North-leading Trojans.
