Women's Volleyball, Men's Soccer, and Women's Soccer SF Examiner Wrap-up

Women’s volleyball

The City College of San Francisco women’s volleyball team is off to its best start to a season in years. The Rams have won their last six matches, beating Solano, Diablo Valley and Gavilian last week. Kijana Best, a sophomore captain, totaled 59 kills, including 30 against Gavilian on Friday. CCSF plays Shasta and Taft at home today.

Women's Soccer

CCSF beat Evergreen Valley, 4-0, as Jesse Bareilles netted a hat trick. Daniela Gutierrez scored the last goal in the 90th minute. The Rams are now 4-1-1 and play Friday at home against Foothill.

Men’s soccer

CCSF beat Contra Costa on Tuesday, 2-1. The Rams’ Tobi Oladapo scored both his team’s goals in the first five minutes.
