The City College of San Francisco Men's Soccer team lost 1-0 to Coast-North Conference foe Las Positas on Friday at CCSF.

The game-winning goal came off a penalty kick at the 90th minute after the Rams committed a foul inside the penalty area.

Prior to the score, CCSF and Las Positas were locked in a defensive battle. Each backline countered opposing attacks and limited shots on goal

The goalkeepers, in particular, played exceptionally well. Sophomore goalkeeper Taylor Bailey shutout Las Positas all the way up until the 90th minute penalty kick. For the game, Bailey blocked 5-of-6 shots on goal.

The Rams end the regular season with an 11-3-4 record (6-3-3- Coast-North). Playoff brackets will be release in the coming days.
