SF Examiner Wrap up - Men' and Women's Soccer, Volleyball, and Water Polo

The City College of San Francisco women’s soccer team beat Cabrillo, 2-0, on Tuesday.

Rebecca Killmartin and Angelica Gonzalez were responsible for the scoring as the Ramsmoved to 9-1-3 with a 4-0-1 conference record.

CCSF has another home game this weekend when it plays West Valley on Friday.

The CCSF men’s soccer secured a bounceback win over Chabot, 2-1, on Friday.

Bobakr Hussein netted a goal off the bench in the 43rd minute. Jerry Barajas scored the winner five minutes later.

CCSF tied Evergreen Valley College on Tuesday, 2-2. Tobi Oladapo and Jesper Hauch were responsible for the goals.

The Rams are 8-4-2 with a 5-1-2 record in conference play.

CCSF volleyball won a pair of matches over the weekend, sweeping both Napa and San Mateo, respectively.

CCSF was led by Kijana Best, who logged 37 kills over the two contests. Jennifer Quarters-Styles added 33 kills and Pamela Dungo had 73 total assists.

The water polo team, which is new to this season, lost to Las Positas on Friday after moving to .500 earlier in the week.

Ashley Davis emerged as a top performer, scoring 11 goals with six steals and an assist.

The Rams play their second-to-last regular season match today at Foothill.
