Running back DeShawn Collins led the Rams in their 56-13 win over Sierra College in front of the home crowd on September 1. Collins totaled 115 rushing yards on 14 carries, three rushing touchdowns, and 48 receiving yards. The play of the game came from Collins early in the first quarter when he scrambled for a 60-yard touchdown. He also received Nor Cal Offensive Player of the Week for his performance.
